Schools establish all fees for the following school year prior to the end of June. Current school fees are posted on each school’s website; navigate to the "Our School" section of the school website to find the link to the School Fees.
Payment: Invoices for fees will be electronically distributed at the end of September. Parents are encouraged to pay school fees using SchoolCash Online. Please use these instructions to register.
Optional Course Waivers & Refunds: Every school has a waiver and refund process. Once your school’s principal receives AF5105-A Student Optional Course Fee Waiver Application, parents/guardians of students who provide a copy of Goods and Services Tax (GST) credit notice with the names of dependent children listed will qualify to have their fees waived. Waivers only apply to school-established optional course fees. The deadline to submit the form to your school principal is June 30 of the current school year. School principals are responsible for the establishment of a refund procedure for students who are enrolled for a portion of the school year.

Transportation Fee Waiver
Eligible families may apply to have their transportation fees waived by completing a Transportation Fee Waiver form located in the SchoolEngage portal of your PowerSchool Parent account. Please note that a copy of your previous year's GST credit notice must accompany the form. Eligibility is determined by the following criteria:
- Resides within the division boundary of RVS.
- Received the annual GST credit from the Canada Revenue Agency for the previous year.
- Is the parent who claims the student as a dependent.
Eligible families should receive their annual GST credit notice by the end of July after filing their annual income tax in April. If you are unsure if you receive this credit, please log into your myCRA portal or contact the CRA directly at 1-800-387-1193. Please note that this waiver is not available to non-resident or international students.
The deadline for this application is June 30, 2023. If you have already paid your transportation fees and you become eligible for the transportation fee waiver you will be automatically issued a refund to your original method of payment once your waiver application has been approved.
